Letter to the Financial Reporting Council: Auditors LB Group & the fraud Regtech Open: ref relevant experience

Yesterday I dropped a note to the boss of the UK’s 72nd largest accountants LB Group warning him of his mistake in agreed to do the books for the fraud Regtech Open Project (RTOP). Today it is the Financial Reporting Council getting an email suggesting that it be proactive in stopping LB acting for Regtech. For by its own admission LB is not qualified to do the job.

Reg Tech Open Project - the auditor fiasco, a letter to the new bean counters, they have been warned!

In yesterday’s RNS, the fraud Regtech Open ( RTOP) 'fessed up that it had misidentified PKF Littlejohn Frazer the reporting accountants who signed off on the Regtech numbers in the Prospectus issued on 23 August 2023 as both reporting accountants and auditors on page 33 of the Prospectus.

My hands really are playing up today with the old Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I shall be seeing the Shipmans later today. So there will be three podcasts today as I explore more complicated subjects where i just cannot knock out 3000 words right now! Second up, I bought more shares in Ariana Resources (AAU) last night and today enjoyed a long zoom call wit Kerim Sener, its CEO. I hope this podcast puts some of the canards doing the rounds to the sword and explains why I am so enthusiastic.
